New Music + Video: Mississippi Red Dirt

For the last few days, I’ve been in Mississippi spending time with my family. While there, with all the love and the slowing down feeling of the country, I decided to use the equipment I brought with me to create.

Inspired by Southern Gothic, especially the opening credits of P-Valley, I took my iPhone and caught everything around my grandma’s property. I found the perfect instrumental and laid down some bars inspired by what I saw.

This all led to what you see: Mississippi Red Dirt
